Mon domaine de recherche est la chimie des produits naturels marins dans lequel je développe 2 axes :
– la recherche et caractérisation structurale de produits naturels bioactifs à partir d’organismes marins (éponges, cyanobactéries, micro-algues), grâce notamment au développement d’outils innovants couplant criblage biologique, approche métabolomique et analyse des réseaux de similarité spectrale,
– l’étude des interactions et de la communication chimique dans les récifs coralliens, et l’impact des perturbateurs environnementaux sur la médiation chimique, grâce à une approche combinée biologie-écologie-chimie-métabolomique.
